Linda Ximenes

img-lindaLinda Ximenes has been using her knowledge and experience to facilitate and train in countless settings with a wide array of participants from Canada to Argentina, in large metropolitan cities and small rural towns, across this hemisphere for more than 25 years.

Her specialty is working with organizations and groups that are struggling with internal issues and need a facilitator who will help them find their ground, release harmful behaviors and attitudes, establish sound working principles and approaches, and engage them in innovative problem-solving and action planning. Linda uses a variety of methods to help people let go of the ideas and thoughts that bind them to old patterns.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Linda has a B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MAT in Bilingual-Bicultural Teacher Training from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a certified trainer of the Technology of Participation® (ToP), a methodology that encourages participation, builds consensus, and creates a setting for exploration of ideas and innovation. Over the years, she has used a variety of facilitation and group exploration techniques including Open Space Technology, Future Search, Teatro Popular, Retrospectives, and New Games to structure activities that foster participation, exploration, learning, innovation and healing.

She has three grown children and three grandchildren. She lives in San Antonio, Texas, USA and travels to Mexico frequently where she continues to study with indigenous healers.
