and wise leaders who understand that different situations
require different styles of leadership.
In the traditional hierarchical model of leadership, a leader
learns to rely on their own individual ability, charisma and
ability to influence those around them. Facilitative leaders
rely instead on their team’s skills, experience and
abilities. At North Star Facilitators, we specialize in developing
facilitative leadership skills which enable people to create
and manage collaborative teams.
A well rounded leader also needs to be able to speak confidently,
to develop an organizational learning culture and to model
balance between work and personal life.
