A Tool for Mapping Organizational Development
This module is a powerful way to help the leadership of an organization understand and communicate change. The Organizational Development Mapping Tool developed by ICA Canada, is based on research and synthesis of many concepts related to organizational development. The tool allows you to see where there is alignment in an organization; assess where the organization is currently and where it wants to be; and have non-threatening critical conversations with others about change. The module describes the four phases of organizational change and the characteristics of these phases as they relate to leadership style, employee skills, values, mission, etc. Facilitators brought into help an organization become more collaborative will find this module especially helpful.
