We have all experienced the pain of losing trust in someone. Once trust is lost, it is dreadfully hard to regain it. When overall trust is low in a team or in an organization, it can have debilitating effects on productivity and employee job satisfaction. The result is sick employees and a stagnant culture that can go on for years.
Often, we are called upon as facilitators to assist leaders, other individuals and organizations to rebuild this trust.
